I have particular experience in working with the survivors of sexual abuse. This has given me expertise with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and low self-worth. I have additional training in how to work with trauma and understand how debilitating and distressing it can be.
I hold The NLP Business Practitioner Certificate.
Currently offering sessions in person in Henley- On-Thames or online.

I work predominately using Person Centred and Psychodynamic theories.
